Processing & tracking:
I package orders within 5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your order is ready for shipment. Tracking is provided (except for stickers and limited editions), it may take up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
Estimated delivery times:
New Zealand orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders arrive within 2-3 weeks. These are estimates and are not guaranteed, please allow for extra time around holidays.
International shoppers:
Any duties, tariffs, or taxes are not included in the cost and are the responsibility of the buyer upon arrival.
